This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me, Holly Lefevre. Occasionally there will be guest bloggers/posters, and they will be identified accordingly. For questions about this blog, please contact holly504main@yahoo.com.

This blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation, as well as affiliate marketing. This information will be identified.

The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. I believe in telling the truth and keeping things honest and real.

Most products I blog about are because I LOVE them and I am receiving no compensation whatsoever.  I will not recommend a service/blog/product that I feel does not meet my standards or expectations.  If I receive a product to review and am not satisfied, I will return it to the manufacturer/PR company.

Specifically...

If a post is sponsored, I will disclose this by noting it in the story (I was contacted by...etc.) and at the end of the post.

I write posts (paid, sponsored, and shops) through my membership in:
Collective Bias/Social Fabric
Clever Girls Network

I do participate in a sponsored venture with The DIY Club, where we receive various vendor products for tutorial purposes, including:
Decoart, Mythic Paint, Gorilla Glue, Canvas Corp,  Comfort Works, ten23 designs, Design Divas Gallery, Krylon, Purdy paint brushes, Dutch Boy Paint, DISChangers, Rockler, Cutting Edge Stencils, Dremel tools, DOW Styrofoam.

I continue to use these products because I have had great success with them. At this point, I also purchase these products independently, so not all of my posts with these products are sponsored. I put my money where my mouth is!

I participate in the following affiliate programs:
Lifestyle Crafts
Shabby Apple
Canvas People
altard
Amazon affiliate links

I do not currently charge for giveaway posts, but may receive a free product for compensation. This will be noted in a post.

For review posts, a product will be necessary for me to do a proper review. If I find a problem with a product, I will either mention in in the review or return the product to the manufacturer. I will not post a review I do not believe in.

  1. Hi Holly,
We love your creative ideas! Your burlap, canvas and wood wreath originally caught our attention. We have an online Christian women's magazine, Ruby for Women, and we would like to feature some of your ideas if you might be interested. We would, of course, link back to your blog and encourage our readers to stop by and read your posts and see more of your creativity.

We are currently finishing up the holiday issue which will include inspirational articles, stories, poems, book reviews, crafts, poetry, and kids' activities for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Let me know if you are interested in having us feature you in one of our upcoming issues.

Please respond to karen@rubyforwomen.com. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks and have a great day.
    Karen
