I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Rubbermaid. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

For my kids, back to school means early mornings and homework. For me, it means early mornings and packing lunches! Well, let me be honest, I will not be bragging about my ability to pack lunches. However, that is changing. At the high school, my son can spend between $8-$10 on lunch...every day (ouch)! On the other hand, my daughters lunch is less expensive, but she likes her food "a certain way." So this year, I am sending them off with a healthy Salad Bar On The Go packed up in a Rubbermaid Lunch Blox.

I believe S'mores are a little taste of heaven on earth! Having a S'more takes me back to camping with my girl scout troop, warm summer nights at the lake with my family, and roaring beach bonfires with friends. In fact we moved from the coast of California one year ago, and my last night in our sleepy beach town we attended a bonfire, surrounded by friends and making S'mores! It was an amazing memory to leave on, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I adore topiaries and was very excited to work with Balsam Hill on creating beautiful Spring decor with their Boxwood Topiaries.

Growing up my family spent most of our time outdoors. We did not have people over for dinner parties - we had them over for barbecues! For my own personal style, I am somewhere in the middle. I love a casual gathering with friends, good food, and fabulous decor...and I especially love when it is outdoors. When the weather is good, I make every effort to be outdoors, and am so excited to share this (gorgeous) rustic chic outdoor buffet - perfect for Spring or Summer..or in this case Mother's Day!
fresh air, rustic elegance, and beautiful box wood topiaries create the perfect setting for brunch.

I participates in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for DermaWand. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

For the last few years there has been so much going on in my life that taking care of me, including my skin was put on the back-burner. I was just too tapped out, too exhausted. Well, that has caught up to me BIG time. I am in my early 40's and if I don't do something now, I do not know what else is going to happen to my face. I am always on the lookout for a new skin care regimen or product or device...and after hearing about the DermaWand...I finally had a chance to try it!

DermaWand: My Beautiful New Best Friend (product review) #sponsored #MyDermaWand #MC

I see how my skin has lost that glow, how my eyes are a little puffy, how my skin tone is uneven and my pores look like craters, how the wrinkles around my mouth are starting to become more and more visible...and {GASP!} - my neck is getting saggy! I will also absolutely admit I am totally vain...so while - later in this post you will see me without makeup and may think "that's not too bad," I see every imperfection (that magnifying mirror I purchased did not help the situation!).

This sponsored post was written while participating in my partnership with Vaseline and One2One Network.

I have long suffered from dry skin...and really have done nothing about it.
But I am getting older and I must take action!.
It seems simple enough, right?
You have dry skin you use lotions.
No biggie, right?
Well, I am always in a hurry...always rushed...
due to my time management issues.
So when I saw the Vaseline Spray &Go Moisturizer commercial with the lady
who sprays her self down and gets dressed in like "2 seconds,"
I thought "Hey! This is made for me!"

I am a member of the Collective Bias®  Social Fabric® Community.
This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias and their client.
I love pumpkin and I regularly shop at Save Mart Supermarket, so this is a perfect match!
 *****
I adore pumpkins.
I love their shape - all crazy and round and perfectly imperfect.
I love their color - shades of orange like a magnificent sunset.
I love their flavor, rich and hearty and so perfect for Fall.

I typically use pumpkin in sweeter items,
(cookies, cakes, bread, pancakes, souffles)
but I was really wanting to try my hand at creating a savory pumpkin dish.

When I head to Save Mart Supermarket (which I do almost daily)
this time of the year, I just love it!
It feels like a field trip to a pumpkin patch.
They have pumpkins everywhere!
Big ones, little ones, and my favorite -  pie pumpkins (sometimes called sugar pumpkins)!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Miracle-Gro for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I used to have a green thumb...and then it turned brown...and then I realized it was because when I first started gardening, I used the RIGHT products, like those from Miracle-Gro, to nurture and feed my plants. Well, now that I have kids who are interested in growing flowers and vegetables, I want to teach them how to do it right with the proper tools and products so they can enjoy gardening success, as well as be proud of what they create!

Of course being a clever mom, I am not only teaching my kids how to garden, but they are also helping me spruce up the house...because it is for sale...and everyone loves a pretty garden! Products like the Miracle grow LiquaFeed All Purpose Plant Food Advance Starter Kit help us grow our garden by watering and feeding in one shot!
We have a water shortage in this area, so any product that can help retain moisture and feed my plants intrigues me! The Miracle Gro Moisture Control Products such as Shake’n Feed All Purpose Plant Food and Moisture Control Potting Mix have "patented technology formula enhances water efficiency and improves moisture in the soil, providing a better growing environment for your plants.  Helps save water by allowing moisture to penetrate the soil, reducing run-off." - Miracle Gro website
My kids are I are doing some container gardening to bring the front porch and back deck to life. Our first project is simple...very simple...we love using unusual containers for potting. For this project we used some old bakeware with drainage holes drilled in the bottom, plants, Miracle Gro Moisture Control Potting Mix and I could not resist trying  the Miracle Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food (my daughter is obsessed with watering cans- and this is perfect for that!)

To promote the love of growing and all things green, Miracle Gro has started The Gro Project. Be sure to visit The Gro Project for  some fun garden projects like a Toyrarium, a Ukulele Gardne or an Origami Garden to squash summer boredom for yourself or the kids!

We should all create something beautiful everyday!
If you need inspiration on how to create some beauty and magic of your own,
Scott's Pinterest Board can offer you a wealth of inspiration and ideas.
And if you need expert advice and great tips for your indoor or outdoor garden, Miracle-Gro is the place to go!
Happy Planting!
