This is my first summer with a kiddo in California. I imagine there will be lots of days spent at the pool and beach even though the weather is cool here. :)My Traveling Troophttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00534140268610889800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2576412671838090092.post-68614169032746286962011-05-26T18:29:26.637-05:002011-05-26T18:29:26.637-05:00I completely agree with you. It goes by so quickly anyway.

Your DIY camp sounds awesome. We've done those types of things, too. Now the kids are so much older and they don't really enjoy it anymore. Our daughter is graduating this year, she works and will be starting college in the fall. Time goes by too quickly.

RuthRuthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17211297812600845018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2576412671838090092.post-59697874224027324682011-05-26T15:47:02.447-05:002011-05-26T15:47:02.447-05:00this is a great idea! i hate couching up the mone...this is a great idea! i hate couching up the money, too. luckily, we have a county camp that runs for 7 weeks from 7:30 am-3 pm, and is $540 total at sawyer's school. you have to hurry to get in, but i did and thank goodness!Cassie Bustamantehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07848936864799611251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2576412671838090092.post-30489563901665124812011-05-26T09:24:10.682-05:002011-05-26T09:24:10.682-05:00What great ideas Holly!!! I especially love that you're only responsible for doing part of the work and the kids are getting instruction from other mom's as well.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00860206491925165997noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2576412671838090092.post-27631477548335862152011-05-26T09:20:31.300-05:002011-05-26T09:20:31.300-05:00I agree. That being said, having some things to do sure makes the "I'm Bored!" cries easier to handle.
