Happy Weekend!

It is going to be a busy one!
My son bridges from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts tonight.
My daughter has her first dance class (watch out Dance Moms!)
Basketball, and well, the usual crazy family weekend stuff....
including starting my 6 beastly chairs I scored
(OK, score is not the right word) from Goodwill!

A Note about Word Verification

this is a tame one...but UGH!

Word verification has been made even more evil on Blogger.
I don't like to tell anyone what to do...
but Blogger has made the word verification
(which I was not a fan of anyway)
absolutely awful - the words are longer, harder to reader,
it takes longer to comment, and well ridiculous. 
I do not have word verification and have so few spam problems.


So, my "plea" is to rethink word verification on your blog.
You may be missing commenters - many bloggers will not even leave comments.\

I posed this question on Facebook and the consensus was that most spam is on older posts, so to moderate comments on posts older than 14 (mine is set longer) days.
OK, that is my issue for the day!
